Shipping Terms, Conditions, & Tracking:

• New subscriptions or gifts will receive their first shipment the following week after order is placed. 
• Orders will ship overnight or two day delivery (UPS )to arrive on Thursday of each week.
• Track up-to-date shipping
• Change of shipping address must be entered into your account by Midnight PST the Sunday prior.
• Weekly orders may not be halted (only ship to addresses may be changed).  Please share this experience with others!
• For monthly payments, if your credit card on file should be declined, you will be given 4 days to update your payment method.
• Monthly payments will  be billed automatically. 
• Donations will be made after subscription or gift has been  paid in full.
• Cancel at anytime (weekly deliveries that have been paid for prior to cancelling will still be delivered). No refunds. 
• Prices listed/offered per week are based upon subscriptions being paid in full.
• Promo codes used for 1 Special Sundown do not include challah cover & bread board.
